1. Am I able to submit your services through my benefits?
NLP is not covered under traditional extended benefits plans. However, investing in NLP can lead to significant improvements in your mental game, helping you achieve peak performance and help you reach your athletic goals, making it a worthwhile pursuit even without insurance coverage.  Anything that will cause a massive breakthrough in your performance is a substantial investment, but if you really think about it, you could keep spending $100 here, $900 there, every month on random 'counselling' or you could invest in an expert to conquer the issue, once and for all.

2. Are you a Registered Sports Psychologist? While I am not a Sports Psychologist, I am certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is highly effective for sports performance. Unlike traditional sports psychology, which often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health issues, NLP emphasizes practical techniques to improve focus and resiliency, change unproductive patterns, and harness the power of the mind to achieve peak performance.As an NLP practitioner, I specialize in:

  1. Mental Conditioning: NLP techniques can quickly reframe negative thoughts, boost confidence, and create positive mental scripts that enhance performance.
