TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR INTERNAL STATE

physiological reaction when our body perceives fear, stress, or danger.
Box breathing, fixing your gaze into your peripheral vision, and tapping, are all great
methods to calm the nervous system.
Be aware of your thoughts, and be prepared to flip the script. If you find yourself
thinking of worst case scenarios, always try to end it with a win. Keep running that
film in your head over until it lands on a positive.
